With the vigorous development of science and technology,we have higher requirements on the overall performance,stiffness,strength and reliability of diesel engines.Connecting rod bushing is an important part in the diesel engine.Its surface quality and lubrication performance directly affect the durability and reliability of the diesel engine during use.The surface of the connecting rod liner is uneven,with surface micro-convex bodies,which provide a storage space for the lubricant while impeding the relative movement and exacerbating the surface wear,and can collect the lubricant.Therefore,the effect of surface roughness on the lubrication characteristics is studied,which can improve the lubrication state of the connecting rod bushing,and it is of great significance to control the friction and wear and improve the service life of the diesel engine.In this paper,the final step in the preparation of the connecting rod liner — turning machining—based on the single factor test and the orthogonal test,the cutting speed,the feed amount,and the depth of cut are taken as the test factors to analyze the connecting rod bushing in the turning process.The main process parameters,including the cutting speed,feed rate,the influence of the amount of knife being eaten on the surface roughness of the connecting rod bushing,the analysis of the orthogonal table and the calculation of the extreme value,the trend chart of the drawn factor index,and the best cutting parameters combination.This article takes a certain type of diesel engine as the research object,based on the finite element and multibody dynamics theory,establishes the finite element model of the connecting rod bushing,modally reduces it to obtain the substructure model,and uses the AVL EXCITE multibody dynamics software to establish Dynamic pressure lubricationmodel for connecting rod bushes.Through the simulation analysis results,the lubrication characteristics of the connecting rod bushing when the number of revolutions of the engine is changed are studied.When the number of revolutions of the engine is 2500 r/min,the different inner surface roughness of the connecting rod bushing is the minimum oil film thickness and the maximum hydraulic oil film pressure.The effects of lubrication characteristics,such as maximum rough contact pressure,friction torque,friction loss power consumption,and axial trajectory.
