For vehicles travel on the road with a large and long ramp or Overrun speed, on the onehand, frequent friction heat generated by braking behavior will make short-term failure of thebraking system, causing accidents and lead to loss of vehicle braking energy seriously, whileshortening the life of the brake system components; on the other hand, Overrun speed causesome security risks, endangering people’s lives and property. This part of the potential loss ofbraking energy is recycled great, brake energy recovery technology can simultaneouslyachieve energy recovery and auxiliary braking, the automotive industry to meet the world’senergy-saving environmental protection requirements, with high research value.In view of the above situation, this paper analyzes the existing hydraulic energy storage,electrochemical energy storage and flywheel-based energy storage and other energy storagesystem based on the design of a new type of pneumatic energy storage of braking energyrecovery system low cost, high reliability, energy recovery efficiency than other storage mode,the main principle of the system is a pneumatic drive system of the vehicle due to the loss ofkinetic energy of braking converted to pressure energy stored in the gas tank, the energyrecovery is completed and auxiliary braking; and the use of multi-disciplinary field ofcomplex systems modeling and simulation platform AMESim software, the pressure storageof braking energy recovery system theoretical analysis to study the feasibility and finally theuse of genetic algorithms in the system critical parameters were optimized selection.In this paper, the following detailed work was finished: In a medium-sized transportvehicles, for example, proposes a suitable medium truck vehicle pneumatic brake energyrecovery system program, which uses pneumatic drive vehicle kinetic energy during brakingwill be converted to the gas pressure in the gas can be stored tank, and parameter selectionkey element pressure storage of braking energy recovery system for analysis; Pneumaticestablished mathematical model car brake energy recovery system, energy recovery system is a key parameter optimization of the foundation; For transport vehicles and speeding downhill,through the work process analysis system speed and system changes in air pressure tanksystem to study the feasibility of the change and energy recovery efficiency; For transportvehicles and speeding downhill, through the work process analysis system speed and systemchanges in air pressure tank system to study the feasibility of the change and energy recoveryefficiency; Combined with modern optimization methods-genetic algorithm, the keyparameters of the system are optimized analysis, the system is low-cost, high-efficiencyenergy recovery when parameter values lay the foundation for improving systemperformance.
