Dimethyl ether is a fuel with the advantages of low pollution, low noise, smokeless, andeasiness to be manufactured. Which is a excellent substitute for fossil fuel.Using dimethylether as an substitute for fossil fuel will reduce the emissions of NOx, and PM. As dimethylether has special physicochemical properties. various of problems would be realized whenapplying dimethyl ether to conventional engine:Firstly, dimethyl ether has corrosive effect torubber, we have to find out a kind of sealant material which is low-cost and matchable withdimethyl ether;Secondly, dimethyl ether is a low-viscosity material, which will cause seriouswear to oil-fuel injector. that lead to a leakage of oil-fuel injector valve. the oil-fuel injectormight not work property.Facing with the problem of fuel injector wear, we designed a new kind of oil-fuelstructure which match with dimethyl ether. this structure is designed basing on conventionalP-fuel injector and using relative theories developed by researchers before. The structure offuel injector tip is simulated by finite element method. And the affection of parameters in fuelinjector tip to the performance of fuel injector is investigated;In this article, the fuel injectortip is simulated in3-D flow field by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)technology, weanalyzed the affection affected by different styles of fuel injector structures. After that weobtained the consequence of structure optimization.The preliminary design of the injector structure calculation and analysis in this paper, wemainly aimed at the injector nozzle structure. In the nozzle flow field analysis, in view of thelength and diameter of nozzle hole were analyzed to get the most suitable nozzle holediameter and length. In the injector needle valve and seat surface collision simulation, mainlyfor impact stress analysis of the calculation. Through calculation can detect whether the strength of safe and reliable. Through calculation of the collision impact stress known thatbefore the nozzle structure within its security.The collision problem between the fuel injector tip and foundation is simulated usingfinite element method, in-depth analysis of collision stress is developed. Fuel injector in thisarticle is a transformation basing on conventional P-fuel injector, it is a foundation of designand research about new kind of clean fuel oil injector.
