Flexible dye-sensitized solar cells was one of solar cells, based on macromoleculetransparent electric film as substrate, whose main characteristic were low cost, raw materialinnocuity, widely appliyed in market, suited mechanical,roller production. TiO2films areelectrode material with the most widely application.Anatase TiO2is a good semiconductor,whose band gap is3.2eV and absorbance area is in ultraviolet radiation range. ZnO films haveexpected to replace TiO2, which has wide band gap. Because TiO2and ZnO films havesharply absorbance in ultraviolet radiation range and infrared ray range, which can be used astransparent electrode of solar cells.Porous TiO2films were prepared by both Screen-Printing method and Hydrothermalprocessing on the flexible ITO/PET substrate, compared to traditional muffle annealing atlow-temperature. Thorough analysing dispersant, screen-printing, temperature and time ofHydrothermal processing so that we can optimize technical condition all the time. Then, ZnOfilms were prepared by Screen-Printing at low-temperature and electrodeposite method.Crystal transformation of TiO2films prepared by both Screen-Printing and sol-gel method atHydrothermal processing was investigated with XRD; Surface morphology and sectionconfiguration of TiO2and ZnO films were observed with Microscope photo,SEM and AFM;Absorption spectrums of TiO2and ZnO films under different conditions were determined withUV spectrophotometer; Resistance of electric flexible substrate before and after heattreatment was tested with four probes surveying resistance apparatus; Reaction condition ofZnO films with Constant Potential Apparatus; DSSC capability was investigated with SolarCell testing instrument.The results showed that: Porous TiO2films were prepared by4g P25doped20mlethanol,rolling six hours,200#in Screen-Printing and twelve hours in Hydrothermalprocessing at100℃, light-electrical translate efficiency was up to1.92%.Using the sameprocess, light-electrical translate efficiency of TiO2films prepared by muffle treating atlow-temperature was1.33%. The results showed that TiO2films prepared by Hydrothermalprocessing was better than muffle, in order to improve light-electrical translate efficiency. Porous ZnO films were prepared by5g P25doped35ml ethanol, rolling four hours,200#inScreen-Printing then in muller at100℃,which has a well surfacemorphology and0.2%oflight-electrical translate efficiency. ZnO films prepared by cationic electricdeposition of0.1mol/L Zn(NO3)2solution as electrolyte, pH in5.0±0.1range at temperature of65℃havewell surface morphology.
