Abstract/Summary:
Regulating valve is a very general equipment which is widely used in industrial automation process control field, such as:aerospace, oil, electric power, national defense construction, medium pipeline, and other part of our daily life. Its main purpose is to adjust the pressure, flow, temperature of the control liquid medium by changing the opening of the valve. In recent years, along with the rapid increase of domestic demand for electricity, the corresponding equipment of power station valve market demand is growing rapidly; At the same time, the requirement for high pressure differential control valve is no longer limited to the regulation of safe and reliable,the demand for saving, accuracy and sensitivity is becoming higher and higher.Thus,it has important theoretical significance and practical value to take research on the internal flow field of multi-stage decompression valve from the Angle of the hydraulic flow characteristics. Aiming at this problem,we carried on the related research and carry out the theoretical study and simulation analysis on the DN25main steam trap provided by Wuzhong instrument co., LTD,and did test comparison at last.The main content of the paper include:First briefly describes the structure and working principle of the labyrinth regulator and the research status at home and abroad. Through consulting a large number of literature, on the basis of analysis and summary of fluid flow simulation studies both at home and abroad,we carried three-dimensional modeling, take its internal flow field, the application of fluid mechanics and the theory of computational fluid dynamics on a certain particular type of labyrinth multi-stage decompression valve. Combining with the commercial CFD software and take numerical simulation study on the internal flow field, compare and analyze the simulation data and experimental data analysis, finally it is concluded that the model established is reasonable, also illustrates the application of CFD used to numerically simulate of the labyrinth regulator internal flow field is feasible.On the basis of (1), get the labyrinth regulator internal flow field detailed Detailed visualization result analyzed.Such as, the velocity vector diagram, stress nephogram and streamline direction, the pressure drop is analyzed a flow curve and flow characteristic curve,finally fitting relation between the flow coefficient of the throttling area.This article research has certain theoretical significance and great practical value, it has have certain reference value and guiding significance in the aspect of improving the efficiency of design, doing research and take development of such new products, optimizing the existing product and to promote the study, reducing the cost and so on.
