BLDCM uses electronic commutation instead of brush and commutator. The motor is powered by a DC power which is inverted into AC current through internal winding. Overcoming a series of disadvantages which brought by mechanical commutation. So it has speed performance of DC motor, also has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation of AC motor. BLDCM has been widely applied in many fields.I mainly completed the following work in this paper:Firstly, We introduce basic structure, working principles, method of PWM control speed, mathematical model and dynamic structure diagram, detection of rotor position, detection of current and control technology, starting scheme and energy feedback braking principle of BLDCM in detail.Secondly, in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment we build the open-loop control and closed-loop control simulation model of BLDCM control system.In order to meet the requirements of high precision control of motor speed in the closed-loop simulation, we choose the speed and current double closed-loop control scheme and get the corresponding experimental results.In addition, we select the TMS320F2808chip of TI company as core controller. The hardware for BLDCM control system is also introduced indetail, including DSP minimum system circuit, detection circuit of motor phase current, drive circuit of IPM module.Finally, we design software of control system, including main program, the initialization module, moter starting module, capture interrupt module, velocity measurment module, current loop module and fault protection interrupt module. We also build the physics experiment apparatus and conduct related experiment.
