CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track is a kind of track structure independently developed in China,which is being widely used at present.However,in the construction of long tunnels,it is often faced with the following problems:(1)the construction period is long,and the schedule is variable in the implementation process;(2)the construction access space is narrow,and the construction logistics and transportation are not smooth;(3)the self compacting concrete is easy to produce the diseases of joint separation and slurry flooding during the operation process,and the construction quality requirements are high;(4)the construction environment is complex,and there are many uncertain risk factors.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the construction control technology of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track of long tunnel from four aspects of construction progress,logistics,quality and safety,with the background of "Wan’an tunnel",the first long tunnel of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track construction in China.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of construction schedule control,the paper simulates the construction schedule of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track of Wan’an tunnel by BIM Technology,tracks the actual progress of the project,analyzes the deviation between the planned progress and the actual progress by earned value method,and synthesizes the construction schedule of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track of Wan’an tunnel by two basic indexes SV and SPI The corresponding adjustment measures are put forward.(2)Based on QT creator integrated development platform,the construction logistics comparison and selection system of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track is designed and developed with C++ programming language.The system is used to comprehensively compare and select four proposed construction logistics schemes,and finally the most efficient construction logistics transportation scheme is determined.(3)Combined with the construction characteristics of ballastless track in Wan’an tunnel,the technical plate uncovering test of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track was carried out.Six test base plates were selected,including two simulated straight-line flat slope,two straight-line longitudinal slope,two curve superelevation,and 18 ballastless track plates,all of which were p5600 type.The construction conditions of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track straight section and curved section in Wan’an tunnel were comprehensively simulated by the test data According to the statistics and analysis,the best mix proportion and main process parameters of SCC are determined.(4)Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and QT creator integrated development platform,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of construction safety management of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track is designed and developed with C++ programming language.The system is used to evaluate the construction safety management of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track of Wan’an tunnel,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The above research work has controlled the construction of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track of Wan’an tunnel from four aspects of construction progress,logistics,quality and safety,forming the construction control technology of CRTS-Ⅲ slab ballastless track of long and large tunnel,providing reference for similar projects. |
