| 21st century is an information era with rapid development, breeding large amounts of varied information products. Of which, users’requirements are not definitely the same, and it includes visual impaired users. With the development of online shopping and actual survey on visual impaired users, information accessibility design targeting at online shopping shall change the life of visual impaired users. In recent years, as a new theoretical concept, information accessibility was universally promoted in China. Accessibility environment can bring convenience to vulnerable groups and resolve problems; while accessibility of information seems to be more important at present. Visual impaired users select online shopping mode to avoid travel inconveniences due to self reasons, and they would meet different problems in the process of online shopping. This paper mainly researched online shopping system targeting at visual impaired users basing on the theory of information accessibility, and then it conducted design practice on logistics link via research.This paper summarized the status quo, physiology, psychological characteristics and needs of visual impaired groups via early stage survey and theoretical analysis. It conducted analysis and summarization on visual impaired groups selecting online shopping. It enumerated problems occurred after analysis by simulating the concrete online shopping system of visual impaired users via screen reading software. In addition, it conducted analysis and research on information accessibility theory; and utilizing information accessibility as design standard, it resolved the problems in logistics link in online shopping process of visual impaired groups. Taking two-dimension code label as medium, it conducted design from printing to information acquisition, composing logistics system targeting at visual impaired groups with two-dimension code printer, two-dimension code generation, and scanning software. Furthermore, it conducted analysis, survey, ergonomics analysis, functional integration, and re-design, etc on two-dimension code printer; and carried out analysis and design on two-dimension code generation scanning APP targeting at visual impaired users. |
