With the popularity of high-speed railway in our country, the CTCS-3level train control system which was applied on high-speed railway had also been widely used. The experience of trains running in recent years proved that CTCS-3level train control system could better meet the needs of operation and security on high-speed railway. CTCS-3level train control system consisted of ground equipment and on-board equipment. Train control center equipment belonged to the ground, which played a very important role in the train control system. To further study the operation logic of CTCS-3level train control center, the thesis designed and achieved CTCS-3level train control center simulation system on the basis of train control center for functional analysis.The thesis also studied the security of train control system.Firstly, the thesis summarized the structure and function of CTCS-3level train control center, including onboard equipment and ground equipment. The overview made a brief analysis on running logic of each equipment; emphasis described the structure and function of train control center, train control center of each module were described; It also presented the railway signal security protocols such as RSSP-Ⅰ and RSSP-Ⅱ, while the presentation included security technologies and protocol in data packet structure used.Secondly, the thesis was based on the functional analysis of the train control center, the design and implementation of the simulation system for train control center, including the overall architecture and network design simulation platform, and analysis the data communication To simulate the control center column feature, the thesis also adopted and implemented RSSP-Ⅰ protocol which train control center communicated with centralized train control system (CTC).The thesis anaysised and implemented the communication between the train control center and the track circuit. Use PLC control platform to simulate the state of the track circuit. the thesis also developed the train line simulation software to display the train line information.Finally, the thesis studied the security of train control system. It designed and implemented the data analysis platform for security of train control center. The analysis could help us better understand the operational status of the train control center, analysis the failure and optimization of control flow.
