Design Of PROFIBUS-DP Track Circuit Communication Board Based On TMS570

Track circuit is an important component of Passenger Dedicated Line Train Control System in the CTCS-2,the communication between track circuit and TCC(Train Control Center) is of great significance for the train control system. This paper analyzes the process of communication between the train control center and the track circuit and gives a design of PROFIBUS-DP track circuit communication board based on TMS570for connecting the LKD2-J train control center and Rui Xing ZPW2000-R track circuit.First of all,the paper introduces the system architecture of the train control center and Rui Xing ZPW2000-R track circuit,analyzes the function of the track circuit communication board in the train control system and application of PROFIBUS-DP bus in ZPW2000-R.This paper focuses on the hardware design of PROFIBUS-DP communication board.The CPU TMS570which has through SIL3level safety standard certification can provide a higher level of security.It has dual-core inside and help to improve the reliability of interface board.The design of hardware circuit includes power supply circuit,reset circuit,CPLD circuit,W5300circuit,16C850circuit.Software design section describes the rules of communication between the train control center and the PROFIBUS-DP communication board and master-slave communication process. The design of software includes the initialization of the W5300and16C850,design of CPLD software; the PROFIBUS-DP software protocol stack; PROFISAFE application, exception handling in communication.After the completion of PROFIBUS-DP communication board, it has been tested in lab environment.The last section describes the specific steps of the experiment,after the test it successfully achieved the communication between between LKD2-J train control center and Rui Xing ZPW2000-R track circuit and meet the design requirements.
