Rotary drilling rig is a kind of versatile, high-efficiency piles equipment, widely used in the construction of pile foundation. Drill rod is an important component of working device. Malfunction of drill rod will directly affects the overall construction efficiency and safety. Linkage of drill rods leads the drill rod falling, which results in irreparable damage of equipments. Therefore, timely and effective detection of the linkage is particularly necessary.This paper first introduced rotary drilling rig structure, working principle and control system, analyzed, designed and generalized the detection system of drilling depth and the protection system of drill pipe touchdown. Then, we researched homemade drill rod structure, working principle and detection control system of linkage. The406-type of drill rods is used in the our220-model-machines as an example, though compared depth of drill rod and lifting force, put forward determinant conditions whether occurring the linkage in dry hole and wet hole. And we have carried on the design of hardware and software. Finally, according to the results of the implementation of the program parameters, the conditions were set up for commissioning test and appropriate amendments, so that, detective control system of the linkage has certainly useful value. |
