Rotary drilling rig is a kind of drilling equipment for large pile foundation engineering construction project.Because it has the advantages of the high drilling efficiency,good operation quality,installed power,large output torque,flexible,construction site environmental protection clean etc and is widely used in airport,subway,highway bridges,high-rise buildings and other large construction projects in construction of pile foundation.As one of the key components of rotary drilling rig,drill pipe is an important device for power transmission of rotary drilling rig.The quality of drill pipe is not only related to the working performance of rotary drilling rig,but also determines the quality of drilling operation.In the drilling process of the rotary drilling rig,the external load excitation is very easy to cause the vibration of the drill pipe,which is the main cause of abnormal or even failure of the drill pipe.Therefore,this article studies the vibration characteristics of the drill pipe,and discusses the effective control method based on this,its significance is self-evident.In this paper,a prototype of rotary drilling rig is taken as the object of study.First of all,this article starts with understanding the structure of the drill pipe,fully considering the interaction between drill pipe,drill bits and rock-soil.The force analysis of the drill pipe is made from three aspects: horizontal,vertical and torsional.On this basis,the drill pipe drilling process is divided into five typical conditions,using ANSYS to carry out the modal analysis of the drill pipe.Secondly,the nonlinear dynamic simulation software LS-DYNA is used to simulate the drill bit drilling in rock-soil.Based on this,the rigid flexible coupling vibration model of drill pipe is established in ADAMS.Finally,combined with the drill pipe modal analysis and vibration characteristics of the research results,to explore the fuzzy control method based on the vibration of the drill pipe.The active vibration control of drill pipe is realized by fuzzy control of two main drilling parameters,such as drilling pressure and speed.The joint simulation model of vibration control of drill pipe is established in SIMULINK to verify the feasibility of the control strategy.
