| In order to solve the depletion of traditional energy and the problem of environmental pollution caused by electricity production, Wind power as a clean, renewable energy attracts more and more widespread attention. It not only has great significance to alleviate the worldwide energy crisis, but also overcomes the environment problem of the conventional thermal power production. However, the uncertainty of wind power into grid will cause the uncertain power on the transmission line and increase the likelihood of line congestion.In this paper, utilize the ultra-short-term prediction algorithm to predict some real wind farm output power based on the time series combined with Markov chain approach, and measure predicted results in accordance with "wind power prediction functional specification" requirements.To prevent line congestion caused by fluctuations of wind power, checking network security by the real-time ultra-short-term wind power prediction, propose a method to calculate the sensitivity of congestion line to each node by utilizing PSASP for the dispatcher to eliminate the line congestion as reference. To prevent data conflicts, when calculating the sensitivity by calling PSASP, control the API to get the handle of the flow calculation module in order to shut down the module automatically without manual operation, it can greatly reduce the workload, and verify its validity in a practical grid.For the targets of the lowest influence to the environment and coal consumption, a optimization active power dispatching model of wind power into grid and a optimization active power dispatching model of wind power and Hydro power mixed into grid are established. In this paper a method by utilizing twice Lagrange function for hierarchical optimization is proposed. For the first step it establishes Lagrange function by the generators’output power as variables, and optimizes the system by the constraints of generators’output power limit; for the second step it establishes Lagrange function by the generators’adjustment power as variables, and utilizes the sensitivity matrix calculated by PSASP to eliminate the line congestion. In dispatching model of the wind power and Hydro power mixed into grid, the original nonlinear equations are improved. The two dispatching model are all checked by the PSASP EPRI-36(China) node system under the C#programming environment, its correctness and validity is verified by the simulation. |
