| With the development of Chinese economic society, the state will invest ever increasing funds on infrastructure such as the railway, highway, water and electricity etc. sometime in the future. Thus the bridges with high pier and long span will appear continuously.Long-span continuous rigid frame bridge, with its flexible construction technology and bridge span arrangement, is one of the major highway long-span bridges which is widely applied in our country. It is widely used in recent20years, resulting in numerous valuable experiences. However, problems come along with it. For example, cracks appear on the midspan sags and webs, which may result from the design, construction and operation etc.This thesis based on Bi Wei Highway Qi Xing He Bridge, generalized the key construction procedure of Long-span continuous rigid frame bridge through recording and analyzing the concrete construction technology of mass pile cap, the construction control of high pier, as well as analyzing the organization and management problems appear in the construction process, with the aim of better applying Long-span concrete continuous rigid frame bridge with high-rise piers in the transportation construction.The thesis mainly included the following parts:1. It concluded construction challenges and considerations by analyzing key process of the long-span concrete continuous rigid frame bridge with high pier construction, thus to provide experience to similar bridges.(Including construction of mass concrete in pile CAP, block of high pier construction,0#construction and closure segment construction of segmental construction, hanging basket)2. It raised problems that should be paid attention to in the process of construction organization and management.3. It explored the common problems and treatments of concrete continuous rigid frame bridge. |
