Study On Railway Group Meal Enterprise Supply Chain Business Process Design And Information Integration Alliance

With the acceleration of the rapid economic development and catering industrymarket competition, the railway catering industry will be further improved.This dissertation choose the railway catering industry as the research object.Chapter Ⅰ introduces the research background and significance, and summarize theresearch situation to determine the content and difficulty, and the development ofpaper technology route. This thesis summarized the current research of emergencytransportation evacuation, both at home and abroad.Chapter Ⅱ, applied the theory of supply chain management, Introduced the ideaof supply chain information integration into railway group meal enterprise supplychain management. Mainly studied the characteristics and form of railway groupmeal enterprise supply chain management.Chapter Ⅲ, first described the basic contents and influence factors of theinformation integration, analyzed level of the information integration.Chapter Ⅳ, respectively, the results of information integration for enterpriseitself, the results of information integration for other enterprises on the same node,and the results of information integration for enterprises of different nodes areanalysed, determined a modeling ideas through the pricing objectives and constraintsof analysis, the game model is established.Chapter Ⅴ, took Shuangrui Catering Service Company as an example to make anempirical analysis. First, a brief overview of the Shuangrui Catering ServiceCompany include supply mode and business content are described; Secondly,Described the status quo of supply chain management information integration; finally,the game model is applied, and effectiveness of the model is proved.Chapter Ⅵ, summary and outlook. This chapter summarized up the completecontents of the innovation and the subjects to be the further study issue.
