The rapid development of railway vehicle is a reflection of social science andtechnology progress, but its security is worthy of the designers and managersthinking. When the active safety of the train is out of control, passive safety is thelast barrier to protect the safety of passengers and trains. When the train occurscollision accident, not only damages to the vehicle structure, also poses a threat topassenger safety of life, at the same time brings great harm and negative impact tothe society. From the study of overall energy absorption system, minimizes the traincollision damage to the vehicle structure and personnel hurt is worth studyingfurther.In this paper, starting from the overall energy absorption of the train system, theenergy absorption of the train system is divided into four agencies, namely thecoupling buffer energy absorption, the coupling crushing tube energy absorption,theplanning anti-creeper energy absorption, the car-body structure energy absorption,respectively analysis and test validation of energy absorption structure on the fourlevels; Through the test of car-body materials dynamic performance curve, buildcar-body materials dynamic constitutive model, get a reliable basis for the input data,simulate the real vehicle running conditions; According to EN15227《Railwayapplications-Crashworthiness requirements for Railway vehicle bodies》 standards,based on the typical B-subway train25km/h to touch, application of meshingHYPERMESH software, material definition, algorithm selection, contact conditionset has carried on the detailed analysis, using LS-DYNA software to solve theanalysis, validation of railway vehicle energy absorption components’ energymatching scheme, establishing the train finite element model on the aboveparameters, analysis and optimization the train energy absorption system; at the same time put forward a rapid analysis method of railway vehicle collision energydistribution, quickly realize collisions of railway vehicle in different speed andconditions, vehicle end energy absorption device state, guide the design to optimizeenergy absorption structure, reduce the design cycle, provide reliable theoreticalsupport for the train passive safety design, at the same time also effectively verifiedthe railway vehicle collision simulation analysis results.This paper introduces the simulation and experiment data based on inputparameters, the method of applied in vehicle crash simulation analysis, explore aneffective feasible working procedures, for the follow-up design of railway vehiclecrashworthiness analysis has certain reference significance.
