As a kind of short-distance communication technology, with advantage of low power consumption and low cost, ZigBee technology is widely used in wireless sensor network which can adapt to the demand of high data transmission reliability and stronger stability in modern network monitoring technology. Embedded Web server, a typical application that Internet network technique is applied to embedded device, is trying to break distance limit caused by use of traditional bus network model such as CAN, RS232, RS485, etc. Web server enable administrator to supervise and control device status at a long distance style through by Internet network, so the model which the remote intervene the site could be realized.With increasingly complex and perfect of control system and function in modern crawler crane, the potential safety risk and failure rate is on the rise correspondingly and have been beyond control ability range of operation staff. So, it is necessary to bring technology method to monitor the comprehensive state of large crane, included in monitoring hydraulic system, electric system and mechanical system, etc. Aiming at the situation of lifting hook pulling slanted and hanging tilted, this article discussed a condition monitoring system for lifting hook which is developed by PLC, filed bus technology, wireless network technology, embedded technology and Internet network technology. PLC server as process center in this system, sensor monitoring data is transmitted by ZigBee wireless network, interface display monitor lifting hook state in filed style, and embedded web server monitor in a long distance way. Test results showed that the ZigBee network could be established rapidly and flexible layout node arrangement, the system possessed features on high precision, high sensitivity and strong flexibility, and administrator in long distance can monitor condition of lifting hook in operation through by Wi-Fi network.What has accomplished in this dissertation is the flowing several aspects:First, analyzed the development tendency of modern large crane monitoring system technology and elaborated the purpose and meaning in research. Second, detailed elaborated the layer of ZigBee stack, the operation principle of ZigBee stack and the several kind of topology structure of ZigBee. Third, introduced the overview schedule of condition monitoring for lifting hook based on ZigBee wireless sensor network and long-distance monitoring based on embedded web server, elaborated functions system would performed and structure of monitoring system. Fourth, completely elaborated hardware design and software design of ZigBee wireless sensor network, and analyzed test result of ZigBee network test and system filed test. Focused on hardware design and software design of ZigBee wireless communication node, detailed introduced working process of center coordinator building ZigBee network and ZigBee terminal node joining ZigBee network. Fifth, detailed introduced the entire process of what embedded Web server has realized, comprehensively elaborated the design and realization of embedded dynamic web software based CGI technology in a chart and word way. Finally, have a simple conclusion on this dissertation.
