Electro-hydraulic servo valve is the most important electro-hydraulic conversion elements in electro-hydraulic servo control system, it’s performance will affects the accuracy and stability of the whole control system. So it’s very important and far-reaching significance to research and design electro-hydraulic servo test platform to test the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo. The subject design and develop a electro-hydraulic servo test platform, and have a further research on the key technology. This paper mainly describes the following aspects.Firstly, the paper analyzed the relevant performance parameters based on the characteristic curve, then discussesed the testing principle and respective advantages and disadvantages between sweeping method and spectrum analysis method, finally determined the final testing method of frequency characteristics test.Secondly, the paper designed the hydraulic control system of the electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed according to the test requirements and reference the test standard, completed the calculation and design of the motor%pump、pipeline、fuel tank、 servo-cylinder and the selection of the related hydraulic components, established the oil pressure control scheme, after that completed the selection of the sensors、DAQ-card、 industrial computer and PLC according to test accuracy requirement and functional requirements of the system, set the electro-hydraulic servo valve test hardware platform.Thirdly, the paper established the model of the electro-hydraulic servo valve testing hydraulic system though the AMESim simulation platform, completed the simulation of the static and dynamic characteristic test. The simulation curves verify the feasibility of testing system and the matters needing attention.Fourthly, the paper developed a measurement and control system about electro-hydraulic servo valve test based on LabVIEW, completed the division of test functional modules about the system and software process design, and the design of the concrete frame about the main program、programming about the signal output、upper and lower position machine communication、data acquisition and dynamic test data processing difficulties related to the static and dynamic test, completed the test system database design and link, realized the electro-hydraulic servo valve test software platform.Finally, the paper completed static/dynamic characteristic test by the use of the electro-hydraulic servo valve test platform, introducesed the operation steps of the test project and the use of the test software, and analysis the parameters of the testt valve according to all relevant test data, get all performance parameters of the test valve.The paper combine with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, control and software and other disciplines, and it completes the development and research on electro-hydraulic servo test platform, complete the design and development of the test-bed use integrating theory with practice and handed over to the customer. Generally speaking, the research has strong theoretical and practical value.
