In recent years, the energy issue has been received extensive attention from all the countries in the world. It is imperative to improve energy efficiency and conserve energy while reducing emissions. The AC asynchronous motor has a series of advantages like its simple structure, convenient manufacture, low cost, reliable operation etc. Therefore it is widely used in industrial and agricultural production machinery. From another side, the AC asynchronous motor consumes large amounts of electric energy since its popularity, and a lot of necessary measures have been taken to improve the operation efficiency of AC asynchronous motor system in many countries around the world. Based on this, the paper respectively focused on two aspects, first to improve optimization of the AC asynchronous motor itself and put forward a kind of dual rotor asynchronous motor; Secondly, to conduct research on the whole AC control system based on the space voltage vector control technology which has been applied widely.This paper focused on the following two aspects of content:(1) Based on the structure normal asynchronous motor, one more rotor was added in the permanent magnet and then formed into the double rotor asynchronous motor. The basic structure and working principle of double rotor asynchronous motor were highly introduced on the paper, and the equivalent circuit and torque balance, power balance were detailed analysed. The theoretical perspective has been pointed that the opereting efficiency of the double rotor asynchronous motor is higher than ordinary asynchronous motor. In order to confirm this view, the electromagnetic field analysis was conducted respectively on the double rotor asynchronous motor and the normal asynchronous motor by the methord of the finite element analysis on the ANSYS software, the lines of magnetic force distribution and air gap magnetic flux density of two motors were obtained. The theory was proved by the comparison of the analysis results, the electromagnetic field coupling and air gap magnetic induction intensity of the double rotor was bigger than the normal one, and the power factor of the motor has been effectively improved.(2) The basic principle of three-phase asynchronous motor vector control was detailed introduced in the article. The mathematical model of asynchronous motor in the two-phase stationary coordinate and the synchronous rotating coordinate were established and the control strategy of vector control has been proved on the basis of the mathematical model. The AC adjustable speed system would be analyzed as DC motor by vector control which greatly simplified the asynchronous motor control problem. The SVPWM pulse modulation technology and its theoretical basis and implementation algorithm were introduced. The vector control system based on the magnetic field oriented control rotor and SVPWM was finally established. In order to reflect the advantages of vector control theory in AC control system, the simulation model of the whole AC control system was built on the principle of vector control by simulation software SIMULINK to conduct the dynamic simulation combined with the actual parameters. The theoretical point of view was confirmed by the simulation results, the AC motor achieved good regulation-speed performance only possessed of the DC motor by the application of the space voltage vector control technology. Besides that, the AC control system has a higher dynamic and static performance which has improved the utilization ratio of the voltage and has a wide application prospect.
