In order to know more about the influence and role of the magnetic field on living organisms, and explore the relationship between the magnetic field and organisms.The biological effects of magnetic field research were emerged as a new edge disciplines. Many domestic and foreign scientists have been devoted to the magnetic field of biological effects, relevant scientific research in medicine, agriculture and other fields, and made some achievements.In life, there are two main kinds of magnetic field which are electromagnetic field and the geomagnetic field, where in the electromagnetic field has a constant magnetic field (static magnetic field), several forms of the alternating magnetic field, a pulsating magnetic field, pulsed magnetic field. The scientists have done the research about the biological effects of these forms of electromagnetic fields. For example,180mT static magnetic field was found a role in promoting wound healing of the rats suffering from diabetes, suggesting that the static magnetic field has the potentiality of clinical treatment of diabetic wound healing; magnetic field treatment can enhance the ability of wheat seed germination and improve the photosynthetic characteristics of wheat seedlings.As the application and research of magnetic field in various fields are becoming wider and deeper, we need to develop various types of magnetic field generator to satisfy the needs of the research about magnetic field of biological effects. For example, the AC magnetic field generator for the biological effects of magnetic fields on cell research; Rotating magnetic field generating devices of winding spacing to magnetization process for smaller environments.In my paper, I conceived a generating device of rotating magnetic field which used to study the effects when rotating magnetic field act on organism. Mainly used to study the rotating magnetic field on crop seeds and seedlings. According to the principle of electrophysiological magnetic, to electrify symmetrical three-phase winding with symmetrical three-phase alternating current to produce a rotating magnetic field. To meet the needs of the post-study, three-phase alternating current frequency and amplitude control to produce different speeds and the rotating magnetic fields of different strength.The device is divided into four parts of the signal source, power amplification, the experimental chamber and power. The source of C8051F005microcontroller which is the core produces sine wave signal which frequency and amplitude can be adjusted. Output three-phase sine wave signalf with the help external reverse adder. Three-phase sine wave wave signal can be symmetrical three-phase alternating current after power amplifying. Experimental chamber is deprived of the three-phase asynchronous motor without rotor and PVC film. It can be obtained rotating magnetic field when symmetrical three-phase AC is loaded in the experimental chamber. AC frequency range of the device is20to2000Hz, supply voltage peak to peak adjustment range from0to64V in the experimental chamber and rotating magnetic field strength adjustment range from0to37.5mT in the experimental chamber. It can be used for the research of different speeds and different strength rotating magnetic field on the biological effects of crop seeds or seedlings when crop seeds or seedlings were placed in the experimental chamber.After a long period of testing, the device hardware and software fit each other. In this article110test points in the experimental chamber was also selected to measure the magnetic field strength in several combinations.
