At present,the electrical sources standards around the world are not uniform.All kinds of new sources forms occur constantly.Inverter power supplies have abroad uses,which can be used in all kinds of vehicles,such as cars,ships and aircrafts.In the field of sun sources and wind sources electricity generation,inverter power supplies are very important.Basing on inverter power supply,DC(such as accumulator,on-off power supply,fuel battery and so on) can be converted to AC, which can supply steady and reliable electric safeguard for electrical equipments,such as notebook,mobile telephone,PC,numeral camera and all kinds of apparatus. Mini-type inverter power supply also can be used in cars,ships and power supply equipments,which provide AC outdoors.The development of sine wave inverter power supply will bring considerable economic and social benefits.This system takes the inverter power source as the design target,using high-speed SOC single-chip C8051F021 as the controlling core,which use MCS51 series single-chip and C51 assembly language to program language.It realize the inverter circuit control,and get a voltage adjustable common inverter power source with a frequency variable in a certain range,which can provide the power for loads in general.Considering the compatibility and stability of inverter power source,we firstly analyze the output waveform of inverter power source deeply.Then SPWM harmonic waveform parameters are taken as the entry points.We also analyze the advantages and disadvantages of SPWM waveform output using analog circuits,digital circuits and the method combining analog with digit deeply from the flexibility and simplicity of the control.Comprehensively considering,the method combining analog with digit is selected to generate SPWM as the controlling method of this subject.Then in the subject,we design from the inverter power source hardware,analyze and descript each functional module in detailed and design the inverter optimized controlling circuit.In the design of software systems,considering the powerful single-chip computing power and abundant chip resources,the embedded real-time operating system uC / OS-â…¡is transplanted into this system as a software platform to run the entire software system platform.Then aiming at the system requirements,the various functional blocks as the form of tasks are analyzed and verified one by one, which can optimize the software design,and make the entire system software more real-time and more maintainable.Finally,basing on the single-phase inverter power source,we further discuss the three-phase inverter power combined with three single-phase inverter power sources. From the structure of hardware and software combination of control strategies,we make a clear analysis.Then combined with DSP,the hardware and software structure of the whole system are optimized.
