There are two work status of photoelectric measurement system widely used onmodern shooting range: one is fixation, the other is movement. Movement stationis that instruments of photoelectric measurement are mounted directly on the vehicleplatform to meat real-time measurement and track in different time、different site,and its good agility can suit the swift reaction ability of army. Because theinstruments are not absolutely rigid body, the vehicle-platform would vibrate wheninstruments are worked at different speed、acceleration, especially the direction ofacceleration changed. So it is important for high precision work to monitor thevibration and research the error caused by the vibration.Firstly, calculated algorithm of angular acceleration and velocity with linearacceleration, and verified the correctness of the algorithm based on the knowledgeof mathematics. A accelerometer configuration scheme had designed which is easyto install and simple to calculate. Derive the expression of angular acceleration andvelocity, and research angular velocity solution algorithm minimizing errorgenerated.Secondly, introduce the classily and research status on accelerometer, andselect731A accelerometer which is high precision and well low-frequency respondto measure the platform vibration. Research on the installation and points toattention. For the weak acceleration, designed a high precision and high sampling frequency data acquisition system, and the part of hardware and software are explainin detail.Lastly, process the acceleration signal. Because of the high sensitivitycharacteristics of the accelerometer, the output accelerometer signal is mixed a lot ofnoise. Therefore useful vibration signal always express low-frequencyand non-stationary signal, to process the signal used wavelet threshold denoisingwhich has different resolution in time domain and frequency domain and is good atdetecting and demonstrate abnormal phenomenon. Discussed the selection on noiseparameters, and verify the validity and correctness on algorithm by simulation andexperiments. Experimental results show that the method can effectively remove thenoise mixed in acceleration signal.
