Based on the investigation of the old Xiamen port area of Xiamen city, discuss about the location,style and features,the integrity of the protective traditional architecture, traffic organization, commercial activities, cultural characteristics of the old city district. Put forward comparative research method,and research about the area of Bifengwu, Put forward measures of renovation about architectural space,architectural interface, the spirit place,,make a conceptual design scheme about Bifengwu renovation.
