This dissertation takes research on Space voltage vector control system of three-phase voltage-type PWM rectifier, mainly analysis control parameters of the network side inductor of DC capacitor and system, to infer each parametric variable relationship with the the rectifiers performance indicators. This dissertation is aimed at the derivation of parameter values, which summed up the tracked rectifier PI parameters tuning method:System main circuit structure of the switching state and the commutation process are analysised, further deduced stationary coordinate system in three-phase and two-phase rotating coordinate system under rectifier model subsequently described rectifier operation mechanism under the SVPWM and work status.The function derivation and simplification process of the dual closed-loop control system of PWM rectifier transfer are concrete analyzed. According to the transfer function, drawing the initial parameters of the voltage loop and current loop, and researching the impact that the changes of PI parameter bring about to the dynamic performance of the rectifier with the simulation model, then summed the PI parameter adjustment method.Starting from the characteristic feature that the network side of PWM rectifier input sinusoidal current ripple gets to the maximum amount at zero-crossing breaking, this dissertation makes a detailed analysis of the relationship between the amount of current ripple in a PWM sampling period at zero-crossing breaking and the switch conduction time, the power frequency, the system inductance value, the power grid’s voltage, the power given output DC voltage,and designs a range of voltage type PWM rectifier AC reactor by simulations and experiments comparing different inductance values system output DC voltage, input current changes, in order to determine the appropriateinductance values The basis for the system parameter selection is provided for the EMC design rectifier suppression measures, combining with anti-jamming performance.Establishing Matlab/Simulink simulation model under the conditions of the system model, the system dynamic and static performance indicators are observed by changing the parameters variable analysis system running. Structures based on actual verification DSPTMS3202812core control experimental system,and chosing the space vector control strategy from two aspects of the hardware and software, then co-verificating the impact that system parameters affect on rectifier.The role of various parameters on the system performance are different, which needs to considering the whole performance. So selectively adjusted to obtain higher efficiency.
