Since China’s reform and opening up, the level of urbanization with economic developmentis rapidly increasing, by the National Bureau of Statistics data show that China’s urbanizationrate in1978surged18percent to36.22percent in2000, as of2012, the urbanization rate hasreached52.57%. From the development of the world situation, when the urbanization rate of30%to70%during the accelerated process of urbanization, the urbanization rate in developedcountries remained at about80%, such as data showed China’s urban construction is in substanceamong craze. However, the rapid expansion of the construction material, convenient living,while rural areas are faced with losing a lot of features to be assimilated, ecological quality ofdeclining, so choose this subject in order to:1. Coordination of rural development and protection, the relationship between protection andutilization;2. Explore the countryside greenway planning practices in regional spatial development;3. Pinghu historical background of the village use planning designed to protect ruralgreenway;Greenway is a green channel plants, rivers, mountains and other natural elements mainlycomposed of ecological, recreational and social culture of the three functions, is a response to thenegative impact of urbanization important strategic strategy.
