Research On The Construction Of Regional Cultural Landscape Corridors In The Greenway System

Since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China has focused on the development of industry and agriculture,The long-term tug-of-war development has resulted in the phenomenon of "alopecia areata" in the texture of urban green spaces with the arrival of the millennium,the era of economic development led by the tertiary industry has come.The standard of a big city is no longer the high-rise buildings all over the ground,but the urban public green space with profound regional culture.While using the green space "points" to exert the urban green lung effect and improve the urban ecological texture,it marks the regional cultural genes and deepens the cultural imprint,thereby attracting tourists and creating economic benefits.Since 2016,the state has proposed the need to promote the design of urban green networks-greenways.Greenways are used to connect urban ecological resources,linking urban and rural development,incorporating the ecological concept of "park city" and guiding citizens to a healthy lifestyle.Based on the natural linearity of the greenway,different types of nodal resources are linked through a slow-moving system to create a colourful open space for visitors on both sides of the greenway,thus forming a ribbon corridor space with the greenway system as the skeleton and the green corridors on both sides as the base.The greenway is supposed to be an ’E’road with comprehensive value,a path of development linking the city with nature,the past with the present,guiding people’s perception of the city’s regional culture and promoting the dissemination of the city’s culture to the outside world.Urban planners have therefore invested in the construction of corridor spaces in an attempt to upgrade the functional urban plots along the corridor spaces,creating comprehensive benefits and enhancing urban development.Although all planners are aware that the success factor in building corridor spaces along greenways is the construction of regional cultural landscapes,they have neglected the logical expression of cultural themes at the nodes along the greenways,and have "inserted stitches" between the nodes that do not fit the spatial "context",disrupting the "context" of the green space.This study has disrupted the overall cultural orientation of the corridor space.This study therefore focuses on the greenway system itself,creating a regional landscape corridor,scientifically defining the radius of the greenway,and deepening the cultural expression of the greenway in the regional context.The green corridor space is used to systematically record and protect the city’s famous nodes,so that they can be embedded in the bones of urban development and effectively transmit cultural genes.The first chapter of the thesis expounds the policy background of greenway development in China,the theoretical background of the rise of cultural heritage corridors and cultural routes,and the practical background of greenway design,and then determines the goal and significance of this research;In the second chapter,the theoretical research status of cultural corridors at home and abroad is reviewed,and related concepts such as greenways,cultural routes,heritage corridors,and regional culture are clarified,and the concept,construction content,and construction methods of cultural corridors are summarized.It has laid the foundation for building the theoretical framework of cultural corridor construction;The third chapter analyzes the practice cases of cultural corridors at home and abroad,and summarizes reference conclusions respectively;The fourth chapter,based on the existing theoretical foundations and practical cases,proposes a regional value evaluation system for landscape resources along the greenway based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),scientifically divides the level of landscape resources and their regional cultural scores,and uses Arc GIS to clarify the spatial level scope of corridor construction,puts forward the corresponding principles and planning ideas for the construction of regional landscape corridors,analyzes the design methods of corridor space components,and explores the construction methods of regional cultural landscape corridors in the greenway system.Finally,based on the guidance of the above theories and methodology,this paper takes the East Lake Greenway as a practical blueprint,sorts out the cultural landscape resources along the greenway,and scores the corresponding regional values,divides the range of the East Lake Greenway radiation green space system,and builds a three-dimensional green space corridor space;and makes corresponding planning and improvement designs for the existing cultural landscape from greenways,green spaces,interpretation and support systems;and plans the construction area that fits its theme,and builds a regional cultural landscape that conforms to the people’s inner wishes,according to the spatial distribution characteristics of scenic spots.The research results are conducive to upgrading and transforming the greenway from a two-dimensional linear landscape to a three-dimensional green corridor space with cultural and ecological significance,thus becoming a powerful pillar of the city’s cultural business card along with the development of the city.This paper hopes to deepen people ’ s understanding of the regional cultural landscape corridor of the greenway system through the above theory and practice,and provide reference for related construction projects.
