Movable Scaffolding System(MSS) is now the main bridge-building machinery, hasapplication in the construction of many bridges in the country, especially in the more widelyused in construction of long-span bridges in a row. By contrast with other construction method ofconcrete bridge,easy to see that construction method of the MSS has many traits, such as shortconstruction period、wide application、small traffic impacts、process programming、linear easyto control、does not require fundamental processing、construction of high security. Meanwhile inurban viaduct, high-sea bridge and Pier Road bridge construction MSS is widely used. So it hasbroad application in urban elevated bridge、highway bridge、cross-sea bridge with high piers andhigh-speed railway bridge, and is becoming the main construction of long-span continuousbridge construction method.First of all, the article describes the historical background and development of MSS,focusing on development of MSS in China in recent years, and the roads and railways andsea-crossing bridge which uses the construction method.the article describes the principle ofoperation and process engineering of the common MSS in detail,Secondly, in this paper, Zhejiang Wenzhou Gate bridge under construction for concretebridge construction engineering background, by collect a large number of the relevantdocumentation, the basic structure and their main function of the downside MSS,and usingthree-dimensional software Pro/E and SolidWorks to establish simulation model of the mainstructure, appearance and assembled into the overall figure.the article tracks the static-loadingtest before put the MSS into use.Participate in layout key point of stress testing, equipmentinstallation, data monitoring and data collection process of key points.Analysis of surveillancedata and checking security of MSS construction,Constructive comments will be give againstunsafe factors.Then, in this paper,using ANSYS to build finite element modeling of the main stressedcomponents—beam, and taking a analysis about stiffness、strength and stability for threedifferent situation,the first across、the standards across and the last across.By modeling andsimulation analysis of results, and advice to project construction.Finally, the article describes a beam collapse accident in the construction process ofloading.Find out the main cause of the accident,and for the cause of the accident to improveprogramme, on the Strengthening of the main structural parts in the accident, increase the strength and stiffness of purpose has been reached,and Improved modeling and analysis of beamstructure alone, checking improvements.
