With the development of economy, people have paid more attention to environmental pollution and energy shortage. Smart grid is based on the traditional power grid with the integration of advanced information and communication technology and control technology, it supports and encourages distributed generation to the grid. Vehicles to grid (V2G) has brought new opportunities and challenges for the economic and reliable operation of power systems. V2G views the battery of electric vehicle as an energy storage unit to achieve the two-way flows of information and energy with smart grid. Secure V2G information communication system is the basis for stable operation of the power grid, but current researches on information security in the V2G system have not been perfect. The goal of this study is to ensure the stable operation and development of the power grid from the aspects of system management and information security, and to solve a series of problems caused by large-scale electric vehicles to the grid, like voltage drop, power shortage, operational stability decrease, etc. In this paper, firstly, we introduce three implementations of vehicle to grid, and analyze the implementation methods based micro-grid and virtual power plant; then we build a V2G control system structure on the basis of virtual power plant and micro-grid, and analyze its information and communication networks and existing security problems; Then we build the model of hierarchical access control of V2G control system with an access control module based cryptology, and design hierarchical key management scheme of vehicle to grid control system and complete safety analysis and efficiency analysis; Finally, the program simulation results show that the scheme can meet security communications requires in the electric vehicle charging and discharging control system.
