As the development in Southwest, China needs to build a large number ofinfrastructure such as water conservancy projects, railways, roads and urban. Many ofslope excavation may cause cracking and encountered a landslide, this wouldseriously affect the safety and engineering staff building, Studying on slope stabilityis of great significance. The county highway project of giant hydropower stationrelocation sites accumulation body slope engineering for instance, relying on earlydeformation control of geological investigation, geophysical exploration results andmonitoring results, accumulation analysis and comprehensive evaluation of thestability of slope deformation instability. And then summarizing the reinforcementeffect on slope through a series of changes of the accumulation from natural state toinstability of excavation, Finally, the reinforcement effect of excavation slope isanalyzed and summarized. Main research work carried out is as follows:(1)Firstly the article introduces the engineering examples in the high and steepslope geological structure of the basic situation, and then studies the high and steepslope of rock and soil physical and mechanical indexes, finally summarizes andanalyzes the various factors which influence the stability of high steep slope and thetype of slope instability.(2)The following introduction the pile high and steep slope of the stable complexcalculations Accumulation, boundary conditions, working conditions and thecalculation of cross-section calculation selection, etc. In this paper two typical pilehigh and steep slope are studied the accumulation of body stability. Minimum safetycoefficient method was proposed based on the high and steep slope stability. Usingthe finite element strength subtraction and Sweden article points method, transfercoefficient method, calculated occurrence state of stability coefficient of two kinds ofcondition.(3)To summarize and analysis of the excavation scheme and its feasibility aboutthe three kinds of complex and high and steep side slope from a safety and economicfactors, namely slope grading+slope excavation shoring, Anchor Pile drainage tunnel,anchor pile, combined with the stability coefficient calculation results of Chapter IIIis proposed based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) excavation reinforcementscheme comparison, and to determine the best solution is anchor Pile reinforcement program Finally analyze the unstable section are analyzed to design of anti-slide pileand anchor cable, and combined with auxiliary slope protection.(4)Information monitoring system is proposed, and trend analysis and earlywarning of the slope stability before and after the excavation supporting analysis,according to the deformation monitoring results, analyzes the high and steep depositexcavation and slope deformation characteristics, Concluded that reinforcement anddrainage effect is well, as the prestressed anchor cable, anti-slide pile and drainagesystems engineering measures completed, load rate is reduced, and the slopegradually stabilized, Stress of the anchor cable is within a certain numerical stability.
