| With the rapid development of China, the number of ships in rivers are gradually increasing, especially the small and medium tonnage ships, where water equipments are usually scarce, which often influences the safety of drinking water for sailers. Therefore, in the present study, the small marine pretreatment equipment of high turbidity water were researched and developed for the membrane treatment unit, in order to provide the solution and reference for the problem of living and drinking water above, and the result indicated:(1) When dosing complex coagulant of PAC and FeSO4·7H2O of108mg/L, though the turbidity removal can reach to85%in the static experiments, while the treatment effect was not ideal in the dynamic test due to the loose floc. When PAC dosage of100mg/L and CPAM dosage of12mg/L were added at the same time, floc could be formed rapidly and densely and precipitated fast.(2) The removal efficiency of sediment particle was high in the monomer experiments of hydrocyclones, while the removal efficiency of turbidity was not ideal, the effective separation of floc was not achieved well and the turibidity removal rate was much influenced by the discharge rate of thick water.(3) In the combination experiments of the hydrocyclone and sand filter, the hydrocyclone and sand filter could run for a long time without clogging in the inlet flow rate of0.6m3/h; The removal rate of turbidity and SS can reach to90%steadily when sand filtration velocity was1.8m/s.(4) On the basis of results and analysis of experiments,the small marine pretreatment equipment of high turbidity water was developed using the integrated hydrocyclone and sand filter technology. The device possessed advantages of the compact structure, and high efficiency, which were suitable for the swing environment on board. In addition, the small non-clogging equipment of treating high turbidity water combined with flocculation and filter processes has been declared the national patent of utility model at the same time, and the portable water treatment equipment constituted by the pretreatment equipment and the RO system have been on the stage of the check and finish test. |
