Infusion therapy is essential in clinical treatment, the existing ordinary infusion sets are based on high suspension which use gravity to transport medicine, the ordinary infusion sets are widely used in clinical practice because its simple structure and low cost, but its disadvantages are also well known. Firstly, this thesis analyzed the ordinary infusion sets, and pointed out that the ordinary infusion sets can hardly apply to the emergency situations like battlefield first aid, transport the injured in disaster relief or field treatment. secondly, through query literature and network retrieval,this thesis compare the existing portable infusion devices and identified their shortages. thirdly, this thesis researched both the physical and psychological state of health workers and patients, the result indicated that the traditional infusion device have many inherent shortages, for example, in emergency infusion, the infusion bottle must hold in high place, and shake can easily let air enter the bottle and cause blood backflow, and the flow rate is imprecise and easy to misuse. To solve these problems, we came up with a corresponding design and optimization program which use mechanical extrusion to replace the gravity infusion.then, a statistics is used to classify the current flow rate which adopt in infusion therapy. combine with the fuzzy control theory, a specific sets of flow rate is determined to provide data reference for the infusion flow controller. finally a new designed is come out to solve the shortages of traditional infusion sets, and a simulation is done to verificate the validity of the design scheme.
