High-speed heavy locomotive running wheels facing failure due to adhesion generated frequent idling glide problem. Traction power system for real-time dynamic adjustment related research slimy control technology that is particularly important. Bench research is an important way to control the locomotive slimy, where the creep speed detection system provides dynamic creep speed reference value for the participants adhesion control system, this paper has been carrying out the following research:Firstly, the locomotive wheels when traveling on the rail, the forces between wheel and rail and adhesion-creep characteristics were analyzed to study the status of adhesion control technology that is key to controlling adhesion state creep speed. line identification difficult or predict, and therefore establish the test bench, providing creep basis of relevant online identify or predict validation strategy is effective. For the moment difficult to start fast and accurate detection of problems in the driving wheel speed is given using synchro with a rotating magnetic field, conduct bench creep speed motion detection programs, and detection principles and methods are described, the detection time and accuracy were analyzed.Secondly, the hardware part of the motorcycle test bench slimy dynamic detection system test system has been designed, including signal conditioning unit divider circuit, a low-pass filter shaping circuit, a comparator circuit and AM, and select the application with a DAC chip DSP2812board composed of a PC and analog terminal test system.Finally, in the preparation of a development environment CCS3.3manipulation EVA and EVB capture unit CAP1and CAP4, digital to analog conversion, DSP2812SCI serial communication program, written using Visual Basic software to simulate the serial communication interface of a PC terminal software.After conditioning the output signal processor TMS320F2812, completed in the terminal data acquisition and real-time dynamic display of the detection system. Simulation results show that the testing system:instead of using synchro photoelectric encoder enables rapid detection of very low driving wheel and rail wheel speeds, and can quickly provide real creep speed information.
