With the development of China’s economy, the transportation enterprise of high-speed rail has obtained an unprecedented development. At present, the high-speed train has become one of the most important means of transportation in people’s lives, sliding plug door as an important sub-system of the train, the control requirement of sliding plug door system is improved with the increase of intelligence degree for high speed trains. And the hardware components and software implementation method of sliding plug door controller has been researched in this paper.In the aspect of hardware design, the hardware of the system has been designed with TI company’s digital signal processor DSP2812 as the core control chip, mainly includes: the design of DSP minimum system, design of power supply module, the design of safety relay module, the design of communication module, the design of driver module, the design of sampling module, etc.In the aspect of software design, based on hardware design and system functions, the design of logic control program, the design of motor-driven functional program, the design of RS485 communication function program, the CAN communication function program, etc. are mainly completed. Where, the logic control program mainly realizes the functions of obstacle detection, switching process monitoring, the door motion curve planning and door self-learning; the motor-driven program mainly realizes the access to the door movement position and speed, the PID control function in the process of door movement; RS485 communication function program mainly realizes the function of data communication between DSP and upper computer; CAN communication program mainly realizes the data communication function among four door controllers in single compartment.After many times of experiments with simulation devices, the plug door controller designed in this paper can achieve a good monitoring and control effects in the door switch process, the data communication among the upper computer and other door controllers is realized, and the expected control requirements are reached.
