Nowadays,with the rapid development of high-speed railway,various types of qualified dispatchers are demand for high-speed railway growth. Due to the characteristics of traction power supply system,training the dispatcher on the actual device speed long time and the effect is poor,which can not meet the demands of large amount of dispatchers. By using the computer simulation technology to build high-speed railway comprehensive dispatching simulation training systems, these contradictions can be resolved in a cost-effective and flexible way. Therefore, the thesis has a significant meaning to make scientific onthesimulation training system of the high-speed railway power dispatcher.The simulation of traction power supply module studied by this paper is the cornerstone to achieve various functions ofpower scheduling simulation training systems. The paper introduces China’s high-speed railwaytraction power supply system and the wiring form of traction substation. Using the relations of traction substation port electrical quantities, magnetic-action balance equations of traction transformers, the equation of voltage transfer, equations of winding, equivalent circuit of two forms traction transformers are derived. On the basis of the chain network structure, combining with the pressure characteristics of CRH3andthe targets traction from traffic scheduler,it builds the appropriate car network coupled flow calculation process. Finally, the traction power module provides a virtual environment for the simulation training system of power scheduling.Based on the module, and using data from jing-hu high-speed railway, and basic diagram, the traction power simulation module build on Matlab which mix with vs2005. The simulation result is authentic, which can provide a virtual power system for dispatcher, and lay a good foundation for the training platform of high-speed railway.
