With the rapid development of our country’s economy, people’s travelling more and more frequently, fast and convenient railway transportation mode has become the most popular for travelers. However, the transport capacity of some existing busy main lines has been saturated, whenever the holidays are approaching, the railway transport adds to passenger’s transportation task and reduce the number of freight trains. In order to alleviate the contradiction between the railway passenger and freight transport, recent years our country has speeded up the construction of high-speed railway.The paper regards the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country as the background, introduces the current situation of our country’s railway freight transport market, and focus on the high-speed railway line transport and market position. According to the analysis of passenger and freight transport organization mode of our country’s high-speed railway operation, we will talk about the influence of high-speed railway operation in the railway transport of goods in three aspects:the existed cargo capacity release, the existing freight cargo transport efficiency and freight service quality promotion.After the operation of high-speed railway, the types of trains in the existed line is reduced, train intervals will also be shortened. We analyze the impact of high-speed rail’s operations on the basis of the calculation method of the interval passing capacity in existed line, and by analyzing the impact of the ability to release the goods by the number of passenger trains and the change of organizational model on existed lines; we calculate the existed cargo transport capacity after release.After the high-speed railway’s operation, the capacity of existed line’s freight transportation is increased and the cargo products are more various. According to the current railway freight products to the large direct and rapid development, we build large, fast and general cargo transport product optimization model to make full use of the release of cargo transport’s capacity, meet the demand of freight transportation and make the transportation cost cheapest.Taking Zhengzhou-Shijiazhuang section in the Beijing-Guangzhou Line as the example, we calculate the cargo transport capacity of Zhengzhou-Shijiazhuang’s section after Shijiazhuang-Zhengzhou high-speed railway’s operation, and to build the optimization model of freight transport capacity, using MATLAB programming language, to get the optimization scheme of freight product for the Zhengzhou-Shijiazhuang section in the Beijing-Guangzhou Line after Shijiazhuang-Zhengzhou high-speed railway’s operation.
