With the background in which the capability of main lines is greatly motivated and the logistics of the railway transportation achieves rapid development, this thesis presents the analysis of the conditions of railway freight market, involving the advantages and disadvantages of railway freight. Meanwhile, it introduces the improvement of market-driven products of railway freight, faced with various demands by analyzing the influence of the Internet elements such as e-commerce platforms and the logistics centers on railway freight. This thesis summarizes the features and enumerates the categories of freight of express based on the thorough analysis of fundamental theories of the entire plan for cargo transportation, express of bulk cargo and the service network of railway freight. It also elaborates the operating process of the express freight in terms of the whole process of railway freight.Through the establishment of a cargo flows joining model, the author uses retention period at stations and the fees for transportation as objective function, adding multiple constraints, including trains operation constraint, cargo delivery deadline constraint, train path ability constraint. By adding the uncertainty constraint to the model, the author presents a solution to transforming uncertainty constraint to deterministic constraint. Starting with the pre-operation of the data, this thesis demonstrates the approaches of taking apart the freight flow by analyzing and verifying the mode. In terms of specific cases, the author conducts a quantity analysis on the relationship between the minimum of dispatching freight train and the retention time of train flows at stations. Finally, the author works out a proper minimum of dispatching freight trains. The key point of the results of the mode is how to take apart the freight flows and how to distribute them, which means to separate the original dispatching freight trains from each station into several sub-flows and to distribute them into each cargo express train. The author also considers the situation in which the total number of cargo flows exceed the total capacity of railway network or not:retard the initial freight flow if it exceeds the capacity of railway network; otherwise rearrange the cargo flows and delete the vacant train routes on the basis of the result. When it does not exceed, adjust the operating path of trains in accordance with the generated time of each original cargo flow without changing primary wagon flow organization. In this way, it could reduce the retention time of cargo flows atstations. At last, the retention time of cargo flows at stations under different fulfilled rate conditions is worked out by adding the uncertainty constraint for comparison and references.Taking the Beijing-Guangzhou expressway as a case of express freight railway network, this thesis analyzes each express train’s transportation organization under the management of the railway technical stations along the Beijing-Guangzhou expressway. Then the demands of freight transport between different railway technical stations are figured out, and the plan for reasonable splitting flows is made. Finally, the routes of trains are deleted and adjusted.
