Analysis Of Railway Traffic Depot Freight Reform Strategy

China Railway began shipping reform since June 2013.In the macro environment that the economic has slowdown in China's,rail freight has encountered unprecedented pressure and the future development of rail freight research is necessary.Firstly,this paper has analyzed the development of the rail freight market and studied the railway freight market's competition.,this paper probed the United States,France and Germany,the three national rail freight development process and cargo reform strategy and summed up the foreign railway freight trends and experience.Secondly,this paper focuses on the study of railway freight under the high-speed railway development context and selected France,Germany,Spain,the three countries highspeed rail freight open line situation as case studies.Thirdly,in this paper,the development of high-speed railway in China and the the feasibility of high-speed rail freight have been discussed.What's more,the paper has summarized the development situation of high-speed rail freight in China and analyzed the impact of high-speed rail line opening and operation on existing freight development.Finally,the paper has analyzed the development situation of Beijing service depot freight cargo express and proposed the policy for freight reform.
