Marshalling Station Operation Sim-system is set up against the ground that it works as the important basic production unit and essential section of railway ternimal and reachable dryline. It aims to improve the quality of talent training in railway college, which is to achieve the smoothy connection between talent training in college and the use of talents in companies. Marshalling Station stage operation plan is to ensure that complete task reasonable and orderly in practice. It has the great impact on the research of stage planning as it is the basis of the entire simulation platform.This essay is working on the stage planning system which is the sub-system of this simulation platform. It is overall monitoring and control the entire platform. Based on above objectives, the main contents of this paper are as below:1.Through the analysis of the work flow on the sit and the preparation mechanism of stage planning, it constructs the stage planning Mathmatical model that train wagon-flow allocation as the core, shunting locomotive utilization and the yard track utilization.2.Based on the module construction, it uses nested design in algorithms, which means the external module uses Genetic Algorithms in design. It is mainly for the comparison between the sequence of the disintergration and marshalling of the train. In the mean time the internal module is used for the solution of all proposals which are confirmed by the sequence of the disintergration and marshalling of the train3.Based on the above analysis, this paper does the comprehesive design of Marshalling Station Operation Sim-system. The system is consist of data process module, date caculation module and date input/output module. It set up the relative cycle base on stage operating plan. Under the development of Microsoft Visual C++6.0, the System programming language has been designed by using C#language. The stage plan is reasonable, which meets the requirements of platform operation and users after tested. In the conclusion part, it points out the shortcoming of the system and proposal of improvement needed.
