As a railway train production factory, the mainly task of marshalling yard is to collapse and marshall freight train, its main purpose is to disintegrate the train that has arrived at marshalling yards, according to the marshalling plan to regroup it. The main target of marshalling train in marshalling yard is "accurate, full axis", it start on time according to the figure set time, reduce the stay standing time of vehicle, speed up vehicle flow. At the same time, the marshalling yards have the role of harmonizing road network, lining capacity and regulating traffic.Integrated automation of scheduling system in marshalling yard is the development direction of modern large-scale railway marshalling station, its theoretical difficulties lies in the optimization of stage plan, and the core of the stage plan is to determine the sequence of train solution and marshalling content scientifically, namely flow problem. According to the process, match flow problems can be divided into static flow and dynamic flow, dynamic distribution flow determine the order of the arrived train collapse and the marshalling sequence of departured train. According to the solution to make order from dynamic distribution flow, static flow determines the final solution of train traffic sources and marshalling content, namely the gas flow distribution. The optimization of flow plan in marshalling yards, the reasonable combination of static flow dynamic and flow, develops a relatively better gas flow distribution, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the work of the marshalling station, improve the working efficiency, ensure smooth network.The optimization research of flow plan in railway marshalling station is studied inthe this paper, it analyzes the major assignments and each subsystem of marshalling yards firstly, on this basis,then the characteristicsand essence of the flow problem is analyzed, and the basic method to solve the problem of valve is summarized. Secondly, based on the ant colony algorithm, combining with flow optimization model, designed the ant colony algorithm for solving dynamic distribution flow, and to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm. Then on the basis of ant colony algorithm in dynamic flow, it distributes value for different kinds of departure trains, to ensure first-class train priority with shaft, so as to design the static flow with ant colony algorithm, the the solution plan of the algorithm implementation process from dynamic distribution flow is timely monitored, so that we could get the resulting optimal flow scheme. Finally, combined with the actual situation of Lanzhou north marshalling station, based on the data in a certain stage, we verify the feasibility of the dynamic flow and the static assignment algorithm in design. The results show that the algorithm can quickly get the results under certain conditions, it conform to the actual requirements.
