Safety is a prerequisite and eternal theme of railway operation. In the railway development trend, with the increase of train speed the safety factors of railway traffic conditions are getting more and more attention, including the internal factors from the train itself, and a series of external factors may lead to a series of railway safety events. With the improvement in level and increase in number of train lines, the types and numbers of disasters railway system facing are increasing. When there comes disaster, it is very important whether railway lines and the surrounding facilities are damaged, whether it leads to a foreign body invasion, and whether it affects the safty of train running. It is necessary to bulid a system of disaster monitoring, information transmission and early warning for railway foreign invasion, to timely monitoring foreign body invasion disasters in case of railway accidents.Firstly, domestic and foreign disaster response situation in different industries is fully investigated, especially the present situation about railway foreign body invasion monitoring. Foreign body invasion disasters railway would face are compositivly summarized and classified, and the way they may damage railway is cleared. The monitoring technology and scheme are comprehensively summarized based on domestic and foreign railway foreign invasion, and the advantages and disadvantages of the different technology are systematically analyzed at the same time.Secondly, according to the different types of foreign invasion disasters about the railway, targeted monitoring scheme is put forward, and the laboratory platform of railway foreign body invasion monitoring system is built for several cases such as mountain railway tunnel and slope collapse to simulate the actual status of the railway foreign body invasion. In addition, terminal software of foreign body invasion monitoring system is designed based on CSharp programming language.Finally, based on AHP and expert scoring method, risk factors of the railway foreign body invasion monitoring system are analyzed combined with characteristics of the system, And the risk degree of different risk factors is assessed to find weak link affecting the reliability of railway foreign body invasion monitoring system, which can lay foundation for improving the reliability of monitoring system.To sum up, the papersummarizes the type of foreign body invasion and its harm to the traffic safety of the train through systematically investigation. It compares and analyzes the common monitoring technologies of railway foreign body invasion in domestic and foreign, proposes monitoring schemes for different foreign body invasion types at the same time, and also builds a indoor platform for foreign body invasion monitoring system. and analyzes the system risk factors, which lays foundation for further research on railway foreign invasion monitoring system.
