Optimization Design Of Automobile Interiors Handheld-Cleaner Based On Behavioral Study

With the increase development of automobile industry, automobile maintenance becomes more and more popular. Due to the advantage of low expense and portable of cosmetics for automobile, car care products have been used widely. According to the investigation study of the car care product market, it is found that handheld-cleaners of car interior exhibited the weakness of such as lack of types, design sense and ergonomics concepts. Therefore, the design of car interiors to improve the existing handheld cleaner is the mean trend to satisfy the public’s usage claim.In the thesis, the interior of the vehicle related to the handy cleaner design elements are analyzed according to the material and modeling analysis. We obtained the most suitable and rational material and function demand of handheld cleaner for automobile interiors. By the questionnaire made by the author of the usage of present handheld cleaner, by the statistical analysis, we can summarize the following deficiencies:appearance and function single, not reasonable material selection and losing the consideration of wiping posture and etc. we made these as our design optimization focus.According to the usage behavioral study and with the combination of evaluation system, we obtained the parameters of the handheld cleaner width, finger pressed angle, handheld cleaner length and the cleaner angle, to make a good preparation of the optimization design.We summarized the basic problems of the usage of handheld cleaner for automobile, and with combined with the classical case and we tried to find the solutions of the problems during the usage of clean progress. We applied the case analysis method, literature search and the analysis of synthesis method, we got some experimental schemes of the optimization design of handheld cleaner for automobile.
