In the thermal power,metallurgy and other industries in the ball mill is a largecrushing equipment the most common.Noise emitted by grinding materials, become the main pollution sources of industrial noise.290/470ball on this paper mill, in the actual production of the power plant two Petrochemical Industries Co also exist in the noise pollution problem of the same. The normal work of the ball mill noise through measurement has more than110dB, more than20dB of normal standards stipulated by the state, so the need for governance of the ball mill noise, create a healthy and safe working environment for operators.In this paper, the noise of the ball mill as the main object of study, the actual reduction measures for coal mill by dynamic two plant ball to verify and support the control theory of the noise. The ball mill cylinder by vibration impact load are analyzed, calculated the impact frequency of steel ball impact cylinder. Finite element method is applied to simulate the cylinder by the impact, analysis of the ball mill cylinder six order vibration model. The sound insulation, sound-absorbing control technology. Through the actual measurement noise and the analysis of the data shows that:the natural frequency and the frequency of ball mill cylinder vary a lot, eliminate resonance enhanced noise may. The barrel is the main source of noise, the sound field has a very wide frequency range. By increasing the damping cushion to smooth the impact stress wave, vibration reduction of ball mill cylinder body, reduce the noise. Movable insulation and application consists of sound insulation, sound-absorbing material cover noise control, using the above two kinds of noise reduction measures to achieve the desired effect. The research of this paper has certain practical value for engineering application, and hope to provide certain reference significance to control the noise similar to ball mill.
