There are many disadvantages when the traditional constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system is used in the electronic computer room, such as energy waste caused by temperature and humidity coupling control method, damage to indoor air quality and electronic equipments because of the condensate water and low humidity. This thesis focuses on the particularity of the electronic computer room, huge sensible heat、small latent load and strict requirement to the indoor air quality, taking critical coil mode into application in the electronic computer room.By using of TRANS YS, this thesis conducts a load simulation of the electronic computer room in a year which concludes that the heat load of the electronic computer room is stable and the humidity load is small. In order to realize critical coil running mode, a critical coil surface temperature mathematical model is built, by means of C++simulation, the evaporator KF and air output can be changed so that the evaporator surface temperature can be higher than the corresponded indoor air dew point temperature.This thesis also puts forward a control strategy of electronic computer room in which the critical coil mode is used in air conditioning system. The control strategy can be described as follows:if the heat load is small, a high evaporator temperature and humidity should be used, or a opposite method should be conducted. This thesis gets large data by means of TRNSYS simulation on the critical coil mode of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system, according to the analysis of these data, this thesis comes up with a control curve which can reflects the relationship between the evaporator temperature and the electronic computer room load. This thesis makes a conclusion that when the critical coil code running under the control cure, the large sensible heat load and small latent heat load in the electronic computer room can be eliminated even though the air conditioning running in extreme condition, energy waste caused by temperature and humidity coupling control method, damage to indoor air quality and electronic equipments because of the condensate water and low humidity could not happen in the critical coil control system.There is no need to conduct the reheat and humidification process in the critical coil mode of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system. Compared with temperature and humility data which is get from the electronic computer room self-circulation humidification air conditioning experiment, this thesis draws a conclusion that the energy conservation significance of the critical coil code of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system is obvious.
