With the development of society,energy consumption and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Chinese building energy consumption accounts for about 33%of total social energy consumption.In building energy consumption,The energy consumption per unit area of large public buildings is about8 to 15 times for the energy consumption per unit area of ordinary buildings.For large public buildings,the energy consumption of air conditioning systems accounts for about 40%to 60%of the total energy consumption of the building,reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning also reducing the total energy consumption of society.At present,the public building air conditioning system energy-saving transformation mainly through efficient equipment to replacement to improve the efficiency of equipment.But for the air conditioning system,which contains a lot of equipment,which requires us to consider from many aspects,the only way to play the advantages of efficient equipment,so that the whole system to achieve optimal.This article is based on the energy saving project of a public building air conditioning system in Qingdao.Through the Dest to calculation the building dynamic load,for the refrigeration equipment selection and optimization,transformation before and after the air conditioning system dynamic energy consumption to lay the foundation for simulation.TRNSYS is used to simulate the dynamic energy consumption of the original air conditioning system.By comparing the simulated results with the actual energy consumption to test the correctness of the model,the existing air conditioning system problems are analyzed according to the simulated results and field investigation.Based on Dest dynamic load simulated results,optimizing the selection of chillers and running strategy.TRNSYS is used to build the air conditioning system model,and the dynamic energy consumption of the modified air conditioning system is simulated by the relevant control strategy.By comparing the simulated results with the actual energy consumption to test the correctness of the model.The project uses TRNSYS to simulate the dynamic energy consumption of the air conditioning system before and after the transformation,to predict the energy saving effect and guide the implementation of the project.For the air conditioning system control strategy,the entire system minimum energy consumption as the control target,taking into account the impact of various aspects of air conditioning equipment to control.Based on MATLAB combined with the performance of the chillers to optimize the load distribution of the chiller.In order to improve the operation efficiency of the chiller,the temperature of the chilled water was set at each load rate.For chilled water pump control,Controlling the chilled water flow with constant temperature difference.For cooling water circulation,the energy consumption equation of the cooling water system is obtained by the orthogonal test method.The optimal operation state of the cooling water pump and the cooling tower is obtained by optimizing the design of the load rate and the outdoor wet bulb temperature.The energy saving of the project saving 790,000 yuan per year,saving 299.3tce,reducing CO2 emissions about 784.2t,economic and environmental benefits significantly,for the same energy-saving projects have a certain significance.
