With the rapid development of our economy, the development of communications industry is increasingly rapidly. However, the energy consumption increases quickly at the same time. In the paper, the energy consumption of communication equipment room is the main study object, establish the air conditioning energy consumption model of the communication equipment room utilizing TRNSYS simulation software. Meanwhile, combining with the climate parameter in different areas an different building envelope at the same time, numerical simulations were used to investigate the air conditioning load,the wall gain load of communication equipment room, and analyse impact trend and change rule of meteorological parameters and building envelope to air conditioning load and heat transmission capacity of building envelope.Fresh air system has significant energy saving effect, and has been used widely in all fields. Advanced TRNSYS model is applied to study the energy consumption change under different climate parameter and different building envelope conditions in this text and simulate the incidence characteristic (new wind energy consumption and air conditioning energy consumption),change trend,runtime of fresh air system and energy-saving rate, obtained the quantity of energy saving of this system and provided the fresh air+air conditioning system to be developed potential。The air-conditioning energy consumption has accounted for about forty percent of the total energy consumption of communication equipment room and they make up a significant portion of the energy consumption, so studied the air condition energy-saving system, which can conduce to the development of society and economy, and help to amend environment.The realistic test dates is according to computer simulation results, which verify the accuracy of the model, deduced the economy and feasibility of fresh air+air conditioning system and at the same time provide a new method of communication computer room air conditioning design.
