On the basis of a certain frequency or headway of each route, the regional public transportation timetable is trying to maximize the vehicle total meeting times by adjusting the start time of each line trips.Bus stations not only are the nodes of the lines and the network, but also is the reference position of the arrival and departure time of the trips which is determined by the bus timetable, therefore, the position of the bus station has become a key location in the bus scheduling of regional coordination. So considering the degree of importance of the bus transfer station in the process of creating the regional public transportation timetable will have certain significance. This paper first summarized the basic theory of the regional bus scheduling and the regional public transportation timetable. Regarding the regional scheduling, this section introduces the definition of the regional bus scheduling, the advantages of the regional bus scheduling, and presents three kinds of methods which are based on different levels of line combinations, the transit hubs and the jurisdiction of the bus companies to divide areas; Regarding the bus timetables, this section introduces the concept of bus timetable, considerations in the preparation of timetable, summarizes the kinds of determining the headway which is the most important part of timetable, analyzes the regional schedule tasks. Then, the paper study the degree of importance of the bus transfer station from the point of complex network, and describe the bus network as a directed weighting network on the basis of taking into account the direction of the routes and the headway of the routes. Then summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of norms which are used to measure the degree of importance of the nodes of the complex network, introducing Node Strength as the topology indicators to measure the degree of a node,Then the paper combine Node Strength and the total transfer person together to measure the degree of importance of the nodes of the bus network. Then the paper quantifies the degree of importance of the nodes of the bus network, then normalized these two indicators. Then based on the model established by ceder, this paper expects to achieve more vehicles meeting times in a higher degree of importance of the encounter site by taking the degree of importance of the nodes of the bus network into account,. And the paper introduces the node capacity (available parking space in a bus station) constraints into the model, because if the number of the synchronization reaches over the node capacity, it will cause confusion, and will affect the implementation results of timetable. Finally based on the heuristic algorithm established by ceder,t his paper solves the optimized model by reforming the heuristic algorithm, and at last this paper proves the applicability of the model and algorithms by a numerical example. By comparativing with the results of the solution of the model created by ceder, we found that the vehicle total meeting times are redued, but we achieved more vehicle meeting times at the more important nodes.
