Being an important mode of transport, high quality and high performance for Urban Railway Vehicle was required. To effectively improve the subway train operation performance and play the traction and braking force, vehicles wheels and axle uniform was necessary. In order to ensure normal operation of the train, the standard GB/T14894-2005provides the same motor car moving each axis of the measured axle shaft with the actual average vehicle axle load should not exceed the difference between the actual average axle load of±2%; the actual weight of each wheel weight with coaxial average difference between the two should not exceed the average of the two wheel axle weight±4%.In recent years, there are more and more in-depth research on the axle adjustment. We propose a different approach. In this paper, the current mainstream algorithms are compared to find a more suitable for the actual production of the algorithm, also proposed a new process improvement programs and software implementation.This paper studies the vehicle axle weight calculations and analyzes axle weight bias influencing factors, and ultimately determine the position of the center of gravity is the main factor affecting the axle weight. Eight-point on the current vehicle weighing analyzed, presented theoretically able to use padded weighing eight point adjustment the maximum deviation of the center of gravity of success, and pointed out the shortcomings of this approach.In order to achieve more precise leveling axle weight, four point weighing were analyzed to find a series on the impact of heavy axle and two lines to the impact of heavy axle, identified a series and two lines adjustment method. Through the establishment of mathematical models in MATLAB path optimization algorithm and global optimization algorithm, and compare these two algorithms that optimize the path after the global optimal algorithm for optimal method and compared with the adjustment, high precision, plus pad location and computing time and less unique three advantages. To further validate the algorithm, this paper established in ADAMS virtual prototyping and simulation analysis, simulation and optimization results with field data and calculated data coincide.In order to achieve integrated spring adjustment, the paper also presents an innovative way to shift the center of gravity based bogie-vehicle matching scheme, so that different pairs corresponding bogie vehicle in order to achieve pre-spring adjustment process. VB, MATLAB, Acess2013, SQL Server2000and other software were used to develop comprehensive spring adjustment software, to achieve a comprehensive spring adjustment.
