| With the rapid development of the urban rail transit industry,the state has more stringent requirements for the safety performance of metro vehicles.As an important indicator of the safety performance of metro vehicles,the wheel weight deviation and the axle load deviation are of great significance to determine whether the subway vehicles can meet the safety operation requirements.According to the regulations on the safety performance of metro vehicles in GB/T3317-2006,the wheel weight deviation should not exceed 4% of the average wheel weight,and the axle load deviation should not exceed the average of the average axle weight of 4%.So it is necessary to judge whether the wheel weight deviation and the axle load deviation are qualified before the subway vehicles are out of the factory,and the unqualified deviation needs to be reed.In this paper,according to the actual production demand of the locomotive factory,a set of weighing test rig is designed and developed,and the overall design of the mechanical system and electrical control system of the test rig is carried out.The complete weighing test rig consists of eight mobile weighing units,which can be transversely moved along the track for each mobile unit of different types of vehicles,and the weighing experiment of the subway vehicles is synchronized with the vertical lifting.In view of the problem of poor repeatability of weighing experiment in weighing test bench,the structure of symmetrical heavy unit is optimized and verified by simulation experiment,and the final optimization scheme is obtained.Taking metro vehicle as the research object,the influence of uneven load distribution on wheel load and axle load of metro vehicle is analyzed.A eight point weighing experimental model is established.With the help of statics equilibrium and deformation coordination relations,the function relationship between loading and load variation at eight points is determined.Based on the optimization theory,a set of reed optimization algorithm based on ant colony algorithm is designed,and it is embedded into the host computer software by the method of mixing MATLAB and C#.In the actual weighing experiment of vehicle weighing test bed,the measured data are accurate and highly repeatable.In the reed experiment,the reed adding amount of the simulation can be used to guide the actual reed operation accurately and conveniently,which improves the efficiency of production,and has the advantages of intelligent,stable performance and so on. |
