| Ultrasonic phased array inspection technology is widely applied to the field of non-destructive testing of marine, railway, medical, industrial and other technical. Ultrasonic phased array system has characteristics like wide range, high sensitivity, defect positioning accuracy..etc. It also has advantages like a fast, flexible and good beam reaching, dynamic focusing, dynamic apodized compared with the normal phased array. Therefore, the study of ultrasonic phased array system has become a hot topic of research and development at home and abroad in recent years. In this thesis, digital control system ultrasound phased array system has been studied. This paper introduced the composition, the basic principle of ultrasonic phased array detection and the control system design. And then introduced the design of the control system algorithms and main function modules. This paper developed ultrasonic phased array transmitter beam controlling, focuse controlling, data reception, data storage, data transmission, etc. based on FPGA. And completed the development of the FPGA SDRAM, asynchronous FIFO and other key modules. And Designed phased array’s key technologies--sparse matrix. Finished its matlab simulation, M2M experimental verification, and FPGA development. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the control of the system, the MFC-based PC for controlling has been developed. USB2.0was used to connect the FPGA digital hardware and PC for high-speed transmission of data and commands. The entire control system for other developers to set aside a launch parameter interfaces, and digital datas were provided for the need to do post-processing on DSP.This paper completed development of the system modeling, simulation and testing. Finally, the M2M control system finished the experimental verification. And then connected it with the ultrasonic phased array analog system for experimental testing. Using PC console to complete the16-channel phased array transceiver controlling, get A scan display and storage data. And achieved the desired requirements. |
