Pulse is a common physiological signal and the pulse embodies the abundant physiological and pathological information about the health status. The pulse wave was called pulse tracings information in the traditional Chinese medicine. The Traditional Chinese Medicine can not be promotion and application of the broad masses because of the faintness, unquantifiable and subjectivity. With the development of science and technology and applications, as well as biomedical, mathematical, biological mechanics, biology physics, computer technology and so on permeate to the chinese medicine field, objective diagnosis of pulse is a urgent issue need to be solved. The key of the problem is how to establish reasonable testing model, to obtain the comprehensive pules information. At present, equipments were developed mainly pulse signal acquisition, which is insufficient to reflect comprehensively in the Traditional Chinese Medicine pulse.For this problem of objective diagnosis of pulse. This paper from the perspective of bionics, combined the principle of best pulse-taking pressure and the principle of film grids forced deformation of the space displacement. A new pulse acquation method is proposed based on graphical process. A new pulse image sensor which can fully refect the variousness information of space points. The image sensor is consisted four aspect of sensor construction, camera calibration, image matching and3-D reconstruction. A proper sensor construction requires to combine practical subject matter for sake of choice of camera and lamp-house as well as the design of mechanical pedestal. There are numerous methods for camera calibration whereas we adopt the calibration from Zhang Zhengyou, which have the advantage of easy handing, lower realizing difficulty and so on. After camera calibration, The feature extraction and matching of images became the key problem. In this paper morphology method is used to accurately locate the position of grids intersection in grid image. Using signal-Scale SIFT method describe those feature points having extracted. At last, A mixed stereo matching algorithm that area-matching combined with feature-matching is used to match those feature points having extraction from left images and right images.Finally, to seek pulse three-dimensional information of pulse film at a time based on the principle of binocular vision imaging. It will be a foundation of getting three-dimensional information for future research. It provides a new idea and approach for the objective study on the pulse diagnosis.
